About
PopulationPyramid.net is a project by Martin De Wulf, started in 2011 as a little side project. Since then, it has welcomed millions of visitors.
Its first purpose is to be a free resource for teachers, used in classrooms around the world. It is also widely used as a reference in scientific research. You can read more about the site's goals in this declaration of intent.
