Western Europe Population Pyramid 2030
Western Europe in 2030
In 2030, Western Europe is projected to have a population of 199,472,876 people. Compared with 2020, when the projection stands at 196,980,225, that represents growth of 1.3% over ten years.
Half of the population would be younger than 45.5 years, with 14.3% children under 15 and 25.0% aged 65 or older. The pyramid is constrictive: cohorts of children are smaller than those of their parents, reflecting low fertility and an ageing population.
